SDVC34-MR Vibration Controller
Vibration controller is an electronic device used to adjust and control the working state of the vibrating feeder. It adjusts the vibration frequency and vibration amplitude of the vibrating feeder by controlling the current and voltage, ensuring that the material can be transported at the appropriate speed and manner.

- Automatic feed speed control: Real-time automatic output voltage adjustment to ensure the preset feed rate remains constant regardless of the weight of the workpiece.
- Automatic frequency adjustment: Real-time automatic output frequency adjustment to ensure the load always operates at its resonant frequency.
- Automatically find resonance frequency: Search and output the resonant frequency of the load. Other related parameters are also automatically controlled.
- Count: Count the number of workpieces. The controller will automatically slow down or stop when counting reaches the preset value. (Available on CUH SDVC 34-MRJ Voltage Controller).
- RS485 communication: All controller parameters can be adjusted via RS485.
- Dual sensor on/off control: Can connect 2 NPN or PLC switch sensors to turn on/off the controller.
- Type Recognition Automatic Switch Sensor: The vibrating hopper controller can recognize and adapt to both PNP and NPN type switch sensors.
- Synchronize output: Synchronize the output waveform of the slave controller with the master controller with the same frequency and phase to avoid rhythm effect.
- Over voltage protection: If the input voltage is too high, the controller power supply will automatically shut down to protect itself.
- Digital over temperature protection: If the temperature inside the controller exceeds the working temperature, the controller will automatically stop the output to protect itself.
- Overcurrent protection: If the output current exceeds its rated value, the controller will stop the output to protect the load and itself.
- Short circuit protection: If the controller output is short-circuited, the controller will automatically shut down to protect itself and the load. But the internal fuse will not blow. So when there is no output short-circuit, the controller will resume operation when the power is turned on.
