SDVC31-U Vibration Controller
Vibration controller is an electronic device used to adjust and control the working state of the vibrating feeder. It adjusts the vibration frequency and vibration amplitude of the vibrating feeder by controlling the current and voltage, ensuring that the material can be transported at the appropriate speed and manner.

Basic functions
- Frequency adjustment : Users can adjust the output frequency of the controller to find the best frequency to make the food smoother, quieter and more energy-saving.
- High precision automatic voltage stabilizer : Built-in digital voltage stabilizer circuit eliminates changes in power supply speed due to unstable power supply.
- Adjustable slow start : When starting, the output voltage gradually increases from 0 to the preset voltage, reducing the impact on the vibration plate. The user can digitally preset the slow start time.
- Full/empty sensor stop switch : Support NPN type sensor or PLC remote full/empty stop control.
- Photoelectric sensor stops full/empty : Support photoelectric sensor full/empty stop control.
- Remote speed control : User can control output voltage remotely by external potentiometer, PLC or 1-5V voltage signal.
- DC control output : The controller can output low voltage DC control signals to control devices such as solenoid valves.
- Keyboard Lock : Press and hold the on/off key to lock all keys and avoid incorrect operation.
- Set maximum output voltage : The user can set the maximum adjustable voltage to avoid accidental overvoltage that may damage the vibrator.
- Over voltage protection : The power will automatically shut down when the input voltage is too high to protect itself.
- Digital over temperature protection :The controller stops output when the working temperature is too high, unable to protect itself.
- Overcurrent protection : The system stops the output when the working current exceeds the rated current to protect the controller and vibration device.
- Restorable short circuit protection : The system stops output during short circuit to protect the controller and vibration device. After the short circuit is released, the system can be re-energized to return to normal operation.
