Vibration controller is an electronic device used to adjust and control the working state of the vibrating feeder. It adjusts the vibration frequency and vibration amplitude of the vibrating feeder by controlling the current and voltage, ensuring that the material can be transported at the appropriate speed and manner.

Basic functions

- Sensor-based full/empty shut-off: Support NPN sensor or PLC control for automatic shutdown based on material level.
- Photoelectric sensor integration: Contains photoelectric reflective sensors for full/empty control.

- DC control output: Control external devices such as solenoid valves using the controller's low voltage DC signal.

- Overheat protection: The output will automatically shut down when the controller temperature rises too high.
- Overcurrent protection: The output will stop if the operating current exceeds the rated value, protecting the controller and vibration device.
- Restorable short circuit protection: In case of short circuit, the controller stops the output without blowing the fuse. After the short circuit is cleared, the controller resumes normal operation when the power is turned back on.
