- Automatic frequency modulation: Automatically adjusts output frequency in real time so that the feeder always operates at the optimal working frequency.
- Automatic speed stabilization: Automatically adjusts output voltage in real time so that the feeder always maintains the same feed speed regardless of the number of workpieces.
- Automatic frequency search: Accurate automatic frequency search function, quickly determine the optimal working frequency and other related parameters, convenient for users to use.
- Automatic voltage stabilization: Even if the automatic speed stabilization function is not enabled, it can still automatically eliminate the changes in feeding speed caused by fluctuations in power supply voltage, and can also eliminate the rhythm frequency effect caused by industrial frequency alternating current.
- Synchronous output: The outputs of multiple controllers can be locked synchronously at the same frequency and phase to prevent clocking and other phenomena.
- Turn off full/empty material: There is a switch sensor signal input interface, and the full/empty material shutdown control is realized through the switch sensor, and the slow start time, open delay, close delay, reasonable direction setting and other control functions can be adjusted.
- Sensor adaptation: The controller can automatically adapt to NPN and PNP switching sensors.
- Slow start: During start-up, the output voltage/feed rate will gradually increase from 0 to the preset value, eliminating damage to vibration equipment due to start-up shock.
- Preset speed: Up to 4 preset output voltages can be directly selected via external control signal.
- Acceleration function: This function can increase the maximum output voltage to 150% input voltage
- Maximum output voltage setting: Maximum adjustable voltage setting to prevent users from accidentally operating excessive output voltage which will damage the vibrator.
- Waveform index: Users can balance controller performance and maximum power through this parameter.
- Remote speed control: You can directly use external potentiometer, PLC, 1~5V voltage signal or 4~20mA power signal to control output voltage or feeding speed.
- 24V DC control output: The control signal is given through a transistor, which can be used directly to control external devices such as solenoid valves to coordinate with this controller.
- Output switch: There is a touch button on the control panel, which can start/stop the machine immediately, making it easy for users to debug the device.
- Keyboard lock: Press and hold the on/off button to lock all buttons to prevent users from accidentally touching them.
- Parameter password: Users can set parameter password to lock other parameters except output voltage/power supply speed to prevent unauthorized changes.
- Restore factory settings: This function can quickly restore the The parameters have been adjusted to the factory default settings, so that the controller returns to the factory default working state.
- Communication 485: Various parameters of the controller can be adjusted remotely via 485 communication.
