This series of controllers are specially designed for vibration feeding control in automation equipment. It integrates the latest electronic technology and is carefully designed to provide users with the most convenient and practical functions, including:
- Automatic frequency modulation: Automatically adjust the output frequency in real time so that the feeder always works at the optimal working frequency.
- Automatic speed stabilization: Automatically adjust the output voltage in real time so that the feeder always maintains the same feeding speed regardless of the number of workpieces.
- Automatic frequency search: Fool-proof automatic frequency search function, quickly determine the optimal working frequency and other related parameters, convenient for users to use.
- Automatic voltage stabilization: Even if the automatic speed stabilization function is not turned on, it can automatically eliminate the feeding speed changes caused by power supply voltage fluctuations, and can also eliminate the beat frequency effect caused by industrial frequency AC.
- Synchronous output: The outputs of multiple controllers can be synchronously locked at the same frequency and phase to prevent the occurrence of beat frequency and other phenomena.
- Full/empty material shutdown: It has a switch sensor signal input interface, and the full/empty material shutdown control is realized through the switch sensor, and has adjustable slow start time, open delay, close delay, logical direction setting and other control functions.
- Sensor Adaptation: The controller can automatically adapt to NPN and PNP switch sensors.
- Slow Start: At startup, the output voltage/feeding speed will gradually increase from 0 to the preset value, eliminating the damage to the vibration equipment caused by the start-up shock.
- Speed Preset: Up to 4 preset output voltages can be directly selected through external control signals.
- Acceleration function: This function can increase the maximum output voltage to 150% of the input voltage
- Maximum Output Voltage Setting: Set the maximum adjustable voltage to prevent users from accidentally operating the output excessive voltage to damage the vibration equipment.
- Waveform Index: Users can balance the controller efficiency and maximum power through this parameter.
- Remote Speed Control: You can directly use an external potentiometer, PLC, 1~5V voltage signal or 4~20mA power signal to control the output voltage or feeding speed.
- 24V DC control output: The control signal is output through a transistor, which can be directly used to control external devices such as solenoid valves to coordinate with this controller.
- Output switch: There is a touch button on the panel, which can start/stop the machine instantly, making it convenient for users to debug the equipment.
- Keyboard lock: Long press the on/off button to lock all buttons to prevent users from operating them by mistake.
- Parameter password: Users can set parameter passwords to lock other parameters except output voltage/feeding speed to prevent unauthorized changes.
- Restore factory settings: This function can quickly restore the adjusted parameters to the factory default settings, so that the controller enters the factory default working state.
- 485 communication: Various parameters of the controller can be adjusted remotely through 485 communication.
