The SDVC311 series digital frequency modulation vibration feeder controller is a compact universal frequency modulation output controller that provides unique performance by using the latest electronic technology and careful design. Its special features include:

• The output frequency range covers 5.0Hz to 400.0Hz with an accuracy of 0.1Hz.
• Brake function, which quickly stops the vibration plate by shifting the current by 180° during the slow closing process.

1. The output frequency is increased from 40.0Hz~400.0Hz to 5.0Hz~400.0Hz.
2. The maximum value of the on/off delay of the intelligent photoelectric and full material stop ports is increased from 20.0 seconds to 99.9 seconds.
3. A new slow closing function is added, which can be set to 0.0~10.0 seconds to slowly stop the vibration of the vibration plate.
4. A new brake function is added, which can be set to 0~100 brake cycles to quickly stop the vibration of the vibration plate.
5. PNP sensor support is added to the intelligent photoelectric port.
